When do travel agents nominate and vote for their favourite suppliers?
Travel agents nominate between 06th September -12th October 2012.
Voting is between 15th November - 6th December 2012.
What are the timings for the evening?
18:15 Drinks reception
19:00 Call for dinner
19:15 Awards ceremony and dinner
23:30 Late night bar and entertainment

What is the dress code?
When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you at the begining of January, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests.
When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Awards on 17th January 2013 at the Grosvenor House, London.
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
Please indicate these on your dietary request form which you will receive via email mid December. All requests must be received by the Grosvenor House at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of.
How do I book tickets for the event?
Simply click on the tab 'Book Now' button on this website and complete the online form. An invoice can be requested on the form for payment to be via cheque or BACS; there is a credit card payment option which can be selected at the time of booking only. Please note credit card payments cannot be made if the invoice option is chosen at time of booking.
Payment is immediate and via credit card only at the time of booking from 13th November 2012. If this payment option is not at all possible please contact Angela Hamilton-Jones on 020 7881 4849.
