Booking Your Place

You can purchase tables of 10 for the Globe Travel Awards. Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis. To avoid disappointment and guarantee your place, please book early as tables sell out. 

Payment can be made via cheque, credit card or BACS.

Terms and Conditions
By booking your place at this event you are entering into a binding agreement.  Please note that payment is still required for any booking that is cancelled after the cancellation date.  We will confirm your booking within two working days. If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please contact us to confirm your booking.

You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible event cancellation or postponement. In any event, the Conference Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc

Cancellation details
All cancellations must be made in writing to Angela Hamilton-Jones via email angela.hamilton-jones@rbi.co.uk or to Angela Hamilton-Jones at the address above.

Within 30 days of the event: 100% payable
Within 60 days of the event: 50% payable
Within 90 days of the event: 25% payable

Cancellation notices received more than 90 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the venue and content, or the timing of the programme.

Cancellation of the event
In the event that Globe Travel Awards is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.
