What are the ticket prices?

Table of ten = £3850 + VAT

Individual ticket = £385 + VAT

Tickets include drinks reception, 3 course dinner, half a bottle of wine, awards ceremony and after party.

Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis - to avoid disappointment please book early as tables sell quickly.

To make a booking, please click on the 'Book Tickets' on the home page and complete the online form.

An invoice can be requested on the form for payment to be via cheque or BACS; there is a credit card payment option which can be selected at the time of booking only.

Please note credit card payments cannot be made if the invoice option is chosen at time of booking. Payment is immediate and via credit card method only at the time of booking from September 6, 2023.

When can travel agents vote for their favourite suppliers?

Voting is open to UK travel agents only, with one set of votes per person. Voting opens on November 15, 2023 and closes at 5pm on December 8, 2023.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on January 11, 2024, at JW Marriott Grosvenor House. 

What are the timings for the evening?

18:00 Drinks reception

18:45 Awards ceremony and dinner

23:30 Late night bar and entertainment

01:00 Carriages

What is the dress code?

Black tie.

When will I receive my invitations?

Your invitations will be sent at the beginning of January, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests.

When will I find out if my company has won?

Winners will be announced at the Globe Travel Awards ceremony on  January 11, 2024, at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?

Please indicate these on your dietary request form which you will receive via email at the beginning of January and must be sent directly to the venue.

All requests must be received by JW Marriott Grosvenor House at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of.
