HOW MUCH ARE PLACES AT THE AWARDS CEREMONY?

A table of ten is £4295 plus VAT

An individual place on a mixed table is £429.50 plus VAT

Price includes drinks reception, three course meal with half a bottle of wine, awards ceremony, entertainment and after-party

HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS FOR THE EVENT?

Simply click on Book your Table in the menu at the top of the page and complete the online form. An invoice can be requested on the online booking form for payment to be via cheque or BACS; there is a credit card payment option which can be selected at the time of booking only. Please note credit card payments cannot be made if the invoice option is chosen at time of booking.

WHEN WILL NOMINATIONS OPEN? 

Nominations will open in September 2026.

WHEN CAN TRAVEL AGENTS VOTE FOR THEIR FAVOURITE SUPPLIERS?

Voting opens in November 2026.

WHEN WILL THE WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?

Winners will be announced at the Globe Travel Awards ceremony on January 14, 2027, at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, 86-90 Park Lane, London W1K 7TN

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Black tie

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET/S AND GUEST LIST FORM?

An e-ticket and a guest list form will be sent to the booking contact approximately two weeks before the event. Guest details, including assigned table numbers, will be displayed on information boards at the ceremony and will also be distributed via email 24 hours prior to the event. Please note that name place cards are not provided.

You will be required to show your ticket on the night. Please ensure you have it downloaded to allow your entry to the venue and forward on additional tickets to other guests where required.

WHO DO I NOTIFY IF ONE OF MY GUESTS HAS SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

If you or any of your guests have special dietary requirements these must be outlined on the guestlist form before the cut-off date of January 7, 2027 at 5pm.

WHO DO I NOTIFY IF ONE OF MY GUESTS HAS A PREFERENCE FOR NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?

If you or any of your guests have a preference for non-alcoholic beverages in place of your pre-set 1/2 bottle of wine, these must be outlined on the guestlist form before the cut-off date of January 7, 2027 at 5pm.

HOW DO I PRE-ORDER ADDITIONAL DRINKS FOR THE TABLE?

Pre-orders can be made via the form that will be distributed to you once you have booked your table/tickets. The deadline for pre-orders is January 7, 2027 at 5pm.

Yes, please ensure your e-ticket is on you at all times for access into the event.

Yes, you are able to bring these in. However, you will not be allowed access to your table prior to the event opening. Note, larger bags and coats will not be allowed into the Great Room as per venue policy.
